titleOfInvention Recycling method of glutamic acid crystalloblastic mother liquor
abstract The invention discloses a recycling method of glutamic acid crystalloblastic mother liquor, belonging to the technical field of manufacturing of glutamic acid. The method comprises the following steps: 1) carrying out glutamic acid extraction technique to generate alpha-glutamic acid and extraction raffinate, carrying out crystalloblastic treatment on the alpha-glutamic acid, regulating the pH value of the crystalloblastic mother liquor, carrying out three-stage gradient cooling treatment, carrying out vacuum filtration on the liquid obtained by the last-stage cooling treatment, and collecting secondarily extracted beta-glutamic acid and secondary mother liquor; 2) carrying out high-temperature jet mixing on the secondary mother liquor and sulfuric acid to obtain a jet mixed solution; and 3) using the extraction raffinate in the step 1) as spray liquor, cooling high temperature generated in the high-temperature jet mixing process, absorbing flue gas with the cooled mixed solution, and using the spray collection solution obtained from the outlet of the spray tower for heating before filtering the protein extracting solution and for preparation of the glutamic acid extracting solution. Compared with the prior art, the invention lowers the system load, acid/alkali consumption and electricity consumption, enhances the production efficiency, and implements reutilization of waste and heat calorie.
