abstract The invention discloses an immunopotentiator for pigs, which is prepared from red clover flower and inflorescence, liquorice and gynostemma pentaphyllum according to the weight ratio of 3 to (1-3) to (1-3). The preparation method comprises the following steps: step one, material preparation, wherein the red clover flower and inflorescence, the liquorice and the gynostemma pentaphyllum are weighed according to the weight ratio of 3 to (1-3) to (1-3), smashed, screened by a 80-mesh sieve and uniformly mixed; step two, ethanol extraction, wherein the materials are degreased with petroleum ether at the temperature of 60 DEG C for 6 hours, then ethyl alcohol with the weight percent concentration of 50-70% is added to the materials according to the weight-volume ratio of 1 to (8-12), and the reflux extraction is carried out for 2-3 hours at the temperature of 60-80 DEG C for 1-3 times; step three, drying, wherein the extracting solution is filtered and subjected to vacuum concentration to obtain a concentrated solution, and spray drying or natural drying is carried out to prepare powder, namely the immunopotentiator for the pigs. The immunopotentiator for the pigs is added and applied to the feed according to the weight percent of 0.1-0.8% of the weight of the feed. The immunopotentiator for the pigs can obviously enhance the immunity of the pigs and is especially suitable for relieving the vaccine immunological stress.
