titleOfInvention Applications of araliae cordatae total-coumarins on antimetabolic syndrome and extraction method thereof
abstract The invention discloses applications of araliae cordatae total-coumarins on antimetabolic syndrome and an extraction method thereof, belonging to a natural product chemical field. The extraction method of araliae cordatae total-coumarins comprises: (1) continuously back-flowing extracting herb residues after acold-soaking and extracting araliae cordatae dried roots with an alcoholic solution or water, and then obtaining a concentrate of total araliae cordatae extract or total araliae cordatae extract concentrate after pressure-reduction condensation of the extract; (2) dispersing the total araliae cordatae extract with water, extracting the liquid with chloroform or ethyl acetate until the extract liquid has no color, thereby obtaining an organic phase portion and a water phase portion; or extracting the total araliae cordatae extract concentrate with chloroform or ethyl acetate until the extract liquid has no color, thereby obtaining an organic phase portion and a water phase portion; and (3) drying after condensation of the obtained organic phase portion, to obtain the araliae cordatae total-coumarins. The araliae cordatae total-coumarins have antidiabetic, anti-hypertension, hypolipemic and anti-obesity functions. Thereby the araliae cordatae total-coumarins can be used for preparing antimetabolic syndrome medicine and/or health products.
