titleOfInvention Method for regulating and controlling bioactivity of lysozyme based on induced crystallization effect of ionic liquid
abstract The invention discloses a method for regulating and controlling bioactivity of lysozyme based on the induced crystallization effect of ionic liquid. The method comprises the following steps: (1) adding water-soluble imidazolium ionic liquid into a solution A which is a sodium acetate buffer solution of NaCl with a pH value of 4 to 6.5 and mass concentration of 3 to 6%; (2) adding egg white lysozyme into liquid obtained in the step (1), wherein a supersaturation ratio of the lysozyme is 1 to 3 at a temperature of 20 to 30 DEG C; and (3) cooling the liquid obtained in the step (2) with stirring until a crystal is precipitated, carrying out crystal growing in turbidity, then carrying out cooling so as to allow a crystallization solution to be obtained, filtering the crystallization solution, drying the crystal so as to obtain a lysozyme crystal product and preserving the lysozyme crystal product at a temperature of 4 DEG C. The method provided by the invention has the advantages of easy realization of process control and convenience in operation. The prepared lysozyme crystal product has uniform granularity, a small variable coefficient, main granularity of more than 100 mu m, mass yield of more than 90%, intact appearance and substantially improved relative activity.
