The invention relates to a Pite pear and carrot juice drink. The drink is prepared by mixing, by weight, 15 to 25% of Pite pear juice, 15 to 25% of carrot juice, 4.5 to 5.5% of white granulated sugar, 0.1 to 0.8% of citric acid, and the balance being pure water; then filtering the mixture with a 120 mesh nylon cloth; homogenizing the mixture at 20 to 25 MPa pressure; then carrying out UHT sterilization on the mixture following conventional processes; and perform aseptic filling. The drink has the unique taste and flavor of carrot. The drink is not only rich in nutrition and vitamins, but also pure in taste, and thus satisfies different groups of consumers. |
