abstract The invention discloses a temperature-response epoxy alloy material and a preparation method thereof. The material is prepared mainly by the following components: (A) 3-97 parts by mass of a temperature sensitive polymer monomer and (B) 97-3 parts by mass of epoxy resin. After homopolymerization or copolymerization of the temperature sensitive polymer monomer, the obtained polymer is changed in some properties along with the change of ambient temperature. The temperature sensitive polymer and epoxy resin are blended for formation of the alloy, so that the mechanical properties of the temperature sensitive polymer are improved, cost is reduced and high-added-value epoxy resin is prepared. The prepare alloy material of the invention is applicable to the fields of paints, detection, or other intelligent detection and functional materials, and the like.
