titleOfInvention | 17-(2', 5'-disubstituted oxazolyl)-androstane-4, 16-diene-3-ketone, and preparation method and applications thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses 17-(2', 5'-disubstituted oxazolyl)-androstane-4, 16-diene-3-ketone, and a preparation method and applications thereof. The preparation method comprises a following step: 17-ethynyl-androstane-4, 16-diene-3-ketone and a nitrile compound are subjected to catalytic reaction in the presence of oxidizing agent 8-methylquinoline-N-oxide and gold catalyst so as to obtain 17-(2', 5'-disubstituted oxazolyl)-androstane-4, 16-diene-3-ketone. The preparation method is simple and is suitable for industrial production; speed is fast; and yield is high. Obtained 17-(2', 5'-disubstituted oxazolyl)-androstane-4, 16-diene-3-ketone is used as an active ingredient in preparation of antitumor drugs which possess inhibitory activity on human hepatoma cells, human lung cancer cells, human cervical carcinoma cells, human breast cancer cells and human prostatic cancer cells. |
