Mannose glycosylated lysozyme and application thereof |
abstract |
The invention relates to a mannose glycosylated lysozyme and an application thereof. The lysozyme is subjected to n-glycosylation and is particularly glycosylated by mannose on the site N-X-S/T, wherein X is an amino acid except proline. The invention further provides a method for preparing the mannose glycosylated lysozyme. According to the method, the n-glycosylation site is added manually and the pichia pastoris mannose is used for expressing an obtained product so that the natural lysozyme which is not subjected to glycosylation is constructed and further subjected to the n-glycosylation. The mannose glycosylated lysozyme provided by the invention has the bacterium killing activity, can enter the cell under the mediation and the endocytosis of a mannose receptor on the macrophage membrane to kill the intracellular bacteria and has a potential medicinal value. |
