titleOfInvention New crystal forms of carvedilol sulfate
abstract The invention relates to new crystal forms of carvedilol sulfate, and concretely relates to E-form and F-form two new crystal forms of carvedilol sulfate and a preparation method. The preparation method comprises the following steps. Carvedilol sulfate solid with any crystal form or amorphous form is crystallized to obtain the E-form crystals by utilizing an aqueous solution of conventional organic solvents. The E-form crystal is crystallized to obtain the F-form crystals by utilizing conventional organic solvents. The new crystal forms of carvedilol sulfate have good crystal morphology and better stability, and are suitable for treatment of hypertension, congestive cardiac failure, angina pectoris and the like.
