abstract The invention relates to a class of phenylacetamide derivatives containing a paracetamol-like structure and a preparation method thereof. The derivatives described in the present invention have been modified on both ends of p-aminophenol, and while one end has an acetamido group to reduce the toxicity of aniline drugs, an ether bond is introduced at the other end, which enhances the bioactivity of this type of compound after entering the organism. Fat-soluble, so it can be better absorbed and utilized.
