titleOfInvention | Vinasse-containing edible fungus culture medium and preparation method |
abstract | The invention provides a vinasse-containing edible fungus culture medium and a preparation method. The culture medium comprises the following components, by weight, 65-87 parts of vinasse, 5-15 parts of bran, 0.5-2 parts of gypsum powder, 3-5 parts of quicklime, 0-15 parts of straws, and 0-3 parts of corn powder. The preparation method comprises steps: (1) pretreatment is carried out, and the materials are crushed to an appropriate granularity which is 10-50 meshes generally; (2) the above components are mixed fully according to the ratios; (3) an appropriate amount of water is added, the water content is adjusted to 60-80%, the pH value is adjusted to 6-8, and the culture medium can be used. The beneficial effects are that, according to the nutrition requirements of fungus strains and a culture medium which is nutritionally balanced and beneficial to growth of fungus strains is provided. The culture medium employs vinasse as a main body, on the one side, reuse of resource is achieved, on the other side, because of rich sugar content of the culture medium, the culture medium provides enough sufficient carbon source for the growth of fungus strains and is beneficial to the growth of fungus strains. |
