| abstract | The invention provides a cardanol ether surfactant containing trisiloxane. The cardanol ether surfactant has the structural formula as shown in the specification, wherein R represents C15H31; and n is an integer of 2-20. The invention further provides a preparation method of the cardanol ether surfactant containing trisiloxane. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: enabling hloropropyl trisiloxane and cardanol polyoxyethylene ether to react; and separating and purifying to obtain the cardanol ether surfactant containing trisiloxane. The cardanol ether surfactant containing trisiloxane disclosed by the invention simultaneously has the performance characteristics of silicon-containing surfactant and cardanol surfactant, is good in dissolution, small in skin irritation, and excellent in biodegradation; moreover, the cardanol ether surfactant has good compatibility with other surfactants, so that the cardanol ether surfactant containing trisiloxane with different ethylene oxide addition numbers can be obtained; besides, the cardanol ether surfactant can be prepared into an emulsifying agent, a wetting agent, a solubilizing agent, a cleaning agent and the like. |
