The preparation method comprises the following steps of: enabling chloropropyl trisiloxane and biomass cardanol sulfonated body to react; and separating and purifying to obtain the cardanol novel surfactant containing siloxane. The cardanol novel surfactant containing siloxane disclosed by the invention simultaneously has the performance characteristics of silicon-containing surfactant and cardanol surfactant, is good in dissolution, small in skin irritation, and excellent in biodegradation; moreover, the cardanol novel surfactant has good compatibility with other surfactants, and has surface tension of 18mN/m-24mN/m.
