titleOfInvention | Carbon dioxide free radical based oxygen-containing liquid deoxygenation method |
abstract | The invention discloses a carbon dioxide free radical based oxygen-containing liquid deoxygenation method which comprises the following steps: (1) an oxygen-containing liquid is mixed with formate and hydrogen peroxide so as to obtain a mixed liquor, wherein the molar concentration ratio of hydrogen peroxide to formate is 1:20-25; and (2) the mixed liquor enters a contact tower to undergo a contact reaction with an active carbon catalyst bed while empty bed contact time is 10-20min. The method provided by the invention is a deoxygenation method which has advantages of mild condition and no harmful substance residue. By the adoption of the method, problems of complex operation, expensive equipment and slow deoxygenation speed existing in a present physical method and problems of expensive catalyst, high energy consumption, heavy metal and slow deoxygenation speed existing in a chemical deoxygenation technology are solved. According to the invention, dissolved oxygen in water can be removed while salinity of water will not be increased. Thus, the influence on the water quality is little. |
