titleOfInvention Use of pyrazolopyrimidine compound in treatment on trichophyton rubrum-infected diseases
abstract The invention relates to a use of a pyrazolopyrimidine compound in treatment on trichophyton rubrum-infected diseases. The pyrazolopyrimidine compound is N3-(4-fluoropentyl)-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-D]pyrimidine-3,4-diamine. The pyrazolopyrimidine compound has good activity of resisting various shallow and deep fungi. Compared with the existing antifungal drugs in clinical application, the pyrazolopyrimidine compound has the advantages of high efficiency, low toxicity and wide antifungal spectrum and can be used for preparation of antifungal drugs.
