The dosage forms of the sterilization composition comprise missible oil, a suspension, a wettable pulvis, a water dispersible granule, an emulsion in water, a microemulsion, a granule and a microcapsule. The sterilization composition is mainly used for controlling rust diseases, Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, gray mold, downy mildew, apple scab, powdery mildew and the like.
