titleOfInvention Dissolved oxygen sensor
abstract The invention discloses a dissolved oxygen sensor, which comprises a hollow shell, wherein the upper end surface of the shell is sealedly provided with an electrode base, the lower end surface of the shell is covered with an oxygen permeable membrane, a cylindrical electrode body is arranged between the electrode base and the oxygen permeable membrane, the center position of a work end surface contacting the oxygen permeable membrane in the cylindrical electrode body is provided with a gold electrode adopted as a cathode, the side surface of the cylindrical electrode body is sequentially provided with a ring-shaped silver electrode adopted as an anode and a reference electrode, a colloidal electrolyte is filled inside an electrolysis chamber arranged between the shell and the cylindrical electrode body and positioned between the electrode base and the oxygen permeable membrane, and the colloidal electrolyte comprises, by weight, 37-37.5 parts of potassium chloride, 9.6-10.4 parts of polyacrylamide, and 1000 parts of water. According to the dissolved oxygen sensor, the work pH value of the electrolyte maintains the neutral pH value for a long time so as to provide an environment protection characteristic, substantially improve product safety, and avoid damage on operators; and polarization is enhanced, and detection precision is increased.
