titleOfInvention Elastin hydrogel and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention provides an elastin hydrogel and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, acid degradation is performed to the elastin to obtain the water-soluble elastin, namely the alpha-elastin, then cross-link is performed to the alpha-elastin through glutaraldehyde by utilizing the thermosensitivity of alpha-elastin so as to prepare the elastin hydrogel. The elastin hydrogel prepared by the method has thermosensitivity: under the room temperature, the hydrogel is in the liquid state, and under the condition of over the room temperature, the hydrogel is subjected to cohesion to form the gelatin. Meanwhile, the hydrogel prepared by the method adopts a porous structure, and has the excellent application prospect in the aspect of release of drugs.
