abstract | The invention provides a method for estimating subchronic exposure health risk of indoor air and relates to a method for estimating the subchronic exposure health risk of the indoor air with a composite volatile organic compound as a reference substance. The method comprises the following steps of: putting a mouse in a room to be tested for exposure for 90 days, 2 hours each day; next, performing a splenic lymphocyte subset detection test on the mouse, determining the percentage of CD4+T and CD8+T cells and calculating CD4+/CD8+, and performing detection according to the condition whether CD4+/CD8+ is greater than or less than 2; drawing a standard curve of VOCs concentrations to CD4+/CD8+, substituting CD4+/CD8+ of the indoor air to be tested into the standard curve, and expressing the toxicity of the indoor air to be tested with the obtained VOCs concentration. The method is short in detection time, accurate in result and easy to unify; and as a result, quantified evaluation on the toxicity of the indoor air is realized. |
