titleOfInvention Inclined surface culture medium for terramycin strains
abstract The invention discloses an inclined surface culture medium for terramycin strains. The inclined surface culture medium for the terramycin strains is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 2 to 3 percent of dissoluble starch, 0.16 to 0.24 percent of yeast powder, 0.08 to 0.12 percent of peptone, 0.2 to 0.3 percent of sodium chloride, 0.2 to 0.3 percent of magnesium sulfate, 0.04 to 0.06 percent of monopotassium phosphate, 0.04 to 0.06 percent of dipotassium phosphate, 1.4 to 2.2 percent of agar powder and the balance of water. The inclined surface culture medium for the terramycin strains overcomes the defect that the quality is not uniform and stable caused by the influence of unstable factors of wheat varieties, producing areas and processing, and is smooth in surface, stable and uniform in quality and stable in formula components. The strains cultivated by the culture medium are high in stability, full in bacterial colony, white and uniform, good in spore synchronism, high in valance and applicable to strain separation and breeding. The work efficiency is improved.
