titleOfInvention | Straw mushroom cultivated species culture material compatibility, and preparation method of culture material |
abstract | The invention discloses a straw mushroom cultivated species culture material. The culture material is characterized in that five-age silkworm excrement of silkworms is taken as a raw material and is mixed with straw mushroom fungus bran to obtain an intergranular bridging material to prepare straw mushroom cultivated species; the moisture content of the silkworm excrement is 45%, and the moisture content of the bridging material is 65%. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the culture material. Compared with a traditional wheat cultivation material, the straw mushroom cultivated species culture material has the advantages that the silkworm excrement is comprehensive in nutrition, hyphae vigorously grow, and strains are strong in activity and not easy to age; the prepared strain is granular as wheat strains, and is easily scattered when being applied; pathogenic bacteria in the silkworm excrement are killed in the sterilization link of seed production, and thus a hygienic condition of a silkworm area is purified; and the wheat grains are replaced by the silkworm excrement, so that grains and feeds are saved, more raw materials are available, and the strain cost is reduced. |
