titleOfInvention | Rare earth-copper catalyst for preparing o-aminoethylbenzene by hydrogenating o-nitroethylbenzene |
abstract | The invention relates to a rare earth-copper catalyst for preparing o-aminoethylbenzene by hydrogenating o-nitroethylbenzene. The rare earth-copper catalyst is prepared in the following steps of: carrying out coprecipitation, roasting and solid-phase reaction on rare earth element cerium-source or lanthanum-source compounds and soluble copper-source compounds to generate cerium or lanthanum, introducing the cerium or the lanthanum into CuO-structured rare earth copper composite oxides, and carrying out a hydrogen reduction to form the rare earth-copper catalyst. The rare earth-copper catalyst can be used for preparing the o-aminoethylbenzene by hydrogenating the o-nitroethylbenzene in a continuous flow static bed reaction system, the conversion percent of the o-nitroethylbenzene is equivalent to that of a kettle reaction of a raney nickel catalyst, the yield of the o-nitroethylbenzene is higher than 80%, and the selectivity of the o-nitroethylbenzene is higher than 99.9%. |
