titleOfInvention Compound ofloxacin solution for veterinary use and preparation process of compound ofloxacin solution
abstract The invention discloses a compound ofloxacin solution for veterinary use and a preparation process of the compound ofloxacin solution. Each 1L of the compound ofloxacin solution for veterinary use consists of 3-8g of ofloxacin, 1-6g of PVP-K30, 1-6g of chlorhexidine acetate, 0.5-2g of sodium hydrogen sulfite, 10-35g of benzyl alcohol, 0.5-2g of EDTA-2Na, 0.8-2g of Tween-80, 10-200g of propylene glycol, 50-300g of glycerol and injection water for the balance. According to the compound ofloxacin solution, the chlorhexidine acetate is combined with ofloxacin which belongs to quinolone bactericidal medicines, so as to completely develop functional characteristics of the chlorhexidine acetate as a cationic surface active agent, thus changing bacterial membrane permeability, promoting the ofloxacin to enter into bacterium cells, and enhancing the antibacterial function of the ofloxacin; the ofloxacin, chlorhexidine acetate and benzyl alcohol, although are bactericidal medicines, are different in sterilizing mechanism and free from mutual antagonism, so that the bacterium is difficult to generate drug resistance on the three medicines simultaneously; the PVP-K30 can inhibit odor from spreading, and the benzyl alcohol is fragrant, so that the product has a quite strong deodorizing function.
