The preparation method comprises the following steps: crushing 13 kg of a lotus leaf, 13 kg of a bamboo leaf, 14 kg of a sea-buckthorn leaf, 3 kg of a pueraria flower, 2 kg of a pseudo-ginseng flower, 3 kg of a safflower, 1 kg of a rhodiola root, 1 kg of the vine of multiflower knotweed and 2 kg of peeled lucid ganoderma; carrying out steam sterilization at a temperature of 121 DEG C for 15 min; mixing the above-mentioned components with 48 kg of Fu-brick dark tea; subjecting an obtained mixture to constant temperature fermentation for 7 to 8 d, wherein temperatures in the day and at night are different; then maintaining a constant temperature of 58 DEG C and carrying out dehumidification and drying until water content is no more than 10%; and carrying out vacuum-pumping and packaging. The health care tea prepared in the invention has the characteristics of blood fat reduction, antioxidation, sweet, savoury and mellow taste and convenience in daily brewing and drinking.
