titleOfInvention | Method for utilizing cedar barks to produce soilless culture substrates |
abstract | The invention discloses a method for utilizing cedar barks to produce soilless culture substrates. The technological process of the method includes the steps that cedar bark wastes are cut into pieces, then the pieces are heated, cooked, sterilized, squeezed, dried by high-temperature steam and inactivated, and lastly the pieces are rolled and classified in a roller screen to produce high-quality cedar bark substrate products of three specifications. The produced cedar bark substrate products are especially suitable for the soilless culture substrate, soil improvement and soil covering and utilization, abandonment of a great number of the cedar bark wastes and environmental pollution caused by incineration are relieved, resource utilization of the cedar bark wastes can be achieved, and the problem that resources are insufficient for the soilless culture substrate, soil improvement and soil covering and utilization is solved. |
