abstract | The invention relates to a bilayer thermoplastic film for photovoltaic modules comprising two layers, one of which forms an encapsulant (22) and the other forms a backsheet (26), the encapsulant-backsheet integral (22 ,26) has a thickness greater than 100 μm (micrometer), characterized in that: a) the encapsulant (22) consists of a layer comprising: - 0-100% of one or more polyolefins comprising polyethylene, Polyethylene is selected from ethylene homopolymers or copolymers comprising at least 50 mol% of ethylene and one or more comonomers, and - 0-100% of polyamide graft polymers comprising A polyolefin backbone comprising residues of at least one unsaturated monomer (X) comprising 50% to 95% by weight of the polyamide grafted polymer, and at least one polyamide graft comprising the polyamide graft 5% to 50% by weight of the amide graft polymer, and b) the backsheet (26) comprises a layer formed from a polyamide graft polymer that is graft polymerized with polyamide of the encapsulant same, but it has a flow temperature higher than 160°C. The invention also relates to a photovoltaic module comprising such a film and to the use of said film for the same purpose. |
