In a transmission device on a serving eNB side, a first packet transmitting part carries out an operation of transmitting a re-transmitted data packet; in a transmission device on a collaborative eNB side, a second packet transmitting part carries out an operation of transmitting a new data packet corresponding to information which is forwarded by a packet forwarding part from a serving eNB; control information of communication from the serving eNB and the cooperative eNB to a UE is communicated only through a PUCCH from the UE to the serving eNB and a PDCCH from the serving eNB to the UE; and the serving eNB and the cooperative eNB communicate the novel data packet, the communication control information or the like through an X2 interface. |
