abstract The invention provides a method for simultaneously detecting triptolide and triptonide in thunder god vine medicinal materials or preparations, which realizes detection by using a micro-emulsion eletrokinetic chromatography method. The method establishes the brand new micro-emulsion eletrokinetic chromatography method, and is used for detecting important toxicity and the content of effective constituents in thunder god vine in a separated manner. Experimental results show the method provided by the invention has the advantages of good linear relation and high precision; and the triptolide and the triptonide in a sample can reach the effect of the base line separation within 10 minutes, and the method is high in separation degree, can be used for detecting an actual sample, and provides powerful supplement for quality control of the thunder god vine medicinal materials or preparations.
