titleOfInvention Terpyridine derivative modified electrode for electrochemically detecting copper ions and preparation method of terpyridine derivative modified electrode
abstract The invention provides a terpyridine derivative modified electrode for electrochemically detecting copper ions and a preparation method of the terpyridine derivative modified electrode, which belong to the technical field of electrochemical analysis and detection. The electrode comprises a glass carbon electrode which serves as a conductive substrate material and p-HO-ptpy which is supported on the glass carbon electrode. The method comprises the following steps of: grinding p-hydroxy benzaldehyde, sodium hydroxide and 2-acetylpyridine; adding glacial acetic acid and ammonium acetate, and reflowing; performing separation and purification to obtain the p-HO-ptpy; dissolving the p-HO-ptpy into a tetrahydrofuran solution containing a dehydration and condensation agent; and adding the p-HO-ptpy to the carboxylation glass carbon electrode dropwise, and airing through nitrogen to obtain the terpyridine derivative modified electrode. The terpyridine derivative modified electrode has the characteristics of simple process, mild and controllable reaction condition, low cost, high stability and easiness in reproducibility, has the advantages of high selectivity and high sensibility for detection on copper ions in a solution containing other mixed ions, can be directly stored in an atmospheric environment, is convenient to use, and has great popularization prospect.
