titleOfInvention Preparation method of sericin microspheres
abstract The invention relates to a preparation method of sericin microspheres. No preparation method of sericin microspheres, which has the advantages of simple technique, high embedment efficiency and no need of coagulant, exists at present. The preparation method comprises the following steps: boiling husks in 100-130 DEG C water for 20-60 minutes to remove sericin, wherein the bath ratio is 1:10-1:50; extruding water, taking out the husks, filtering the sericin solution, and concentrating at 40-80 DEG C in a vacuum to 4-8 wt%; adding less than 10 wt% of a medicine to be embedded and released into the sericin solution, and slowly stirring to obtain a mixed solution; spraying the mixed solution into a -20 to -80 DEG C room to coagulate, collecting ice particles, and storing the ice particles in the -20 to -80 DEG C room for more than 4 hours; and defreezing the ice particles at 0 DEG C to room temperature to obtain the sericin microspheres. The invention has the advantages of simple technique, high embedment efficiency, no need of coagulant and favorable biocompatibility.
