abstract The invention discloses a preparation method of cheap single-component alkali-activated cement and an application method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: respectively grinding salic raw material, calcareous raw material, cheap salt containing alkali metal and carbonaceous raw material; then mixing according to a certain sequence and proportion so as to generate a raw material; quickly heating the raw material powder till a preset maximum temperature; after preserving the temperature for 0.5-3.0 hours, quickly cooling till a normal temperature to obtain clinker; grinding the clinker till the fineness of cement so as to obtain cement; adding water into the cement to be mixed into slurry, wherein the water is added till the slurry of water and cement can be compacted through vibration in a mold; after the slurry added in the mold is compacted through vibration, moisturizing and curing for 1-3 days at the temperature of 50-80 DEG C so as to obtain required strength; and doping other aggregates and inert fillers in the cement slurry according to the requirement. The raw materials of the cheap single-component alkali-activated cement are rich, easily obtained and low in cost; and the whole preparation process is low-carbon and low in energy consumption, and the obtained product has good early strength so as to establish a new way for cement material.
