abstract The invention relates to a mesoporous Co3O4/C composite material with high specific surface and crystallization hole wall and a preparation method of the material. The method comprises the following steps of: mixing and stirring an ethanol precursor solution containing a cobalt source and a carbon source with a mesoporous silica template with a three-dimensional cubic pore structure until the solvent is volatilized, and completely filling the precursor solution into the mesoporous pores of the template through a one-step nanometer filling method so as to prepare a precursor/template composite; performing heat treatment on the precursor/template composite to prepare a Co3O4/C/template composite; and, removing the template in the Co3O4/C/template composite through a strong acid or a strong alkali to prepare the mesoporous Co3O4/C composite material. The method disclosed by the invention utilizes the mesoporous silica (KIT-6) with Ia3d structure as the template, fills the precursor solution containing the cobalt source and the carbon source into the mesoporous pores of the template through the one-step nanometer filling method and prepares the mesoporous Co3O4/C composite material with high specific surface and narrow aperture distribution through certain heat treatment conditions.
