abstract | The present invention relates to a method for producing polyurethane molded foam bodies having a molding part density of not more than 500g/L, wherein (a) organic polyisocyanates are mixed with (b) polyesteroles, (c) expanding agents, (d) cell-opening additives, selected from the group consisting of homo- or copolymers on the basis of ethylhexylacrylate, polybutadiene, polyisobutene and diorganosilicones or mixtures of two or more of these defoamers, (e) silicone-based cell stabilizers and, optionally, (f) chain lengthening agents and/or cross-linking agents, (g) catalysts and (h) other auxiliary agents and/or additives, to form a reaction mixture, are introduced in a mold and allowed to fully cure to form a polyurethane molded foam body. The present invention further relates to polyurethane molded bodies obtained by such a method and to the use of said molded bodies as a shoe sole, steering wheel, seat or armrest. |
