titleOfInvention | Insulin-like growth factor-1 receptor (IGF-1R) resistant antibody and coding genes and applications thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses an insulin-like growth factor-1 receptor (IGF-1R) resistant antibody and coding genes and applications thereof. Amino acid sequences of three hypervariable regions CDRH1, CDRH2 and CDRH3 of a heavy-chain variable region of the IGF-1R resistant antibody are respectively: GYSISSGYYWG, NIYHSGSTNYNPSLKS, and QGGSYSTDY, and the amino acid sequences of three hypervariable regions CDRL1, CDRL2 and CDRL3 of light-chain variable region are respectively: SGSRSNIGSNPAN, SNNQRPS and SSWDDSLNGP. Nucleotide sequences of coding genes of the heavy-chain variable region and the light-chain variable region are shown as SEQ ID No.1 and 3. The applications are applications of the IGF-1R resistant antibody in preparation of antitumor drugs. Compared with the prior art, the IGF-1R resistant antibody can effectively inhibit growth of tumor cells with high-expression of the IGF-1R. |
