abstract The invention discloses a synthesis method of 8(Z/E)-dodecylene-1-alcohol. According to the method disclosed by the invention, 12-benzyloxy-4-dodecyne is taken as an initial material to carry out stereoselective hydrogenation and hydrogenolysis under the effect of a catalyst taking Pd as a main body in a certain solvent, so as to selectively obtain a target molecule (Z/E)-8-dodecylene-1-alcohol, of which the ratio is in the following interval of (95-98%) to (5-2%). The target product obtained by using the technology is high in stereoselectivity, available in material, simple to operate, low in cost, high in yield, and applicable to industrial production, and belongs to the field of organic synthesis.
