abstract The invention provides a radix isatidis coating dispersible tablet and a preparation method thereof. A dispersible tablet core is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of extraction of radix isatidis, 40-60 parts of microcrystalline cellulose, 10-15 parts of low substituted hydroxy propyl cellulose, 4-8 parts of croscarmellose sodium, 0.5-1 part of lauryl sodium sulfate, 0.5-1 part of gum acacia, 1-5 parts of lactose, 0-0.5 part of aromatic and 0-0.5 part of corrigent. The method comprises the following steps of carrying out wet granulation, totally mixing, and tabletting to prepare a phi12mm core with the tablet weight of 0.55-0.59g; and carrying out secondary coating to spray a film coating by using an opadry coating solution 1 and an opadry coating solution 2, and packing to obtain a finished product of the dispersible tablet. The radix isatidis coating dispersible tablet has excellent dispersion uniformity, is rapid to disintegrate and good in digesting performance, tablet surfaces of tablets in all the batches are even and have no chromatic aberration; and the tablet has no crack and uncoating phenomena and has good quality stability.
