titleOfInvention | Water body organic pollution toxicity assessment method based on human-mouse hybridoma cell |
abstract | The invention discloses a water body organic pollution toxicity assessment method based on a human-mouse hybridoma cell. The method comprises the steps of: extracting organic matters in a water sample; contaminating the cell through utilizing the organic matters of the water sample; clonally culturing; and quantizing the toxicity amount. The method can be utilized for the toxicity assessment of different type water body organic pollutions based on living organisms, so that the defects of detecting and assessing the water pollution on the basis of water body physical and chemical indexes are overcome; the method does not have specificity on organic poison types and has a wide application scope; a petri dish after wide ion beam radiation modification is contributed to cell adherence to the petri dish, the growth and survival of the cell are benefited, and the accuracy of the assessment method is improved; compared with a crystal violet stain and a giemsa stain, a methylene blue stain is low in cost and small in cell toxicity, has good economic and environmental benefits and is thus selected to stain for cell cloning. |
