titleOfInvention | Derivatization method of optically active phenylacetylene compound |
abstract | The invention provides a derivatization method of an optically active phenylacetylene compound. The derivatization method comprises the following steps of: (1) carrying out an amidation reaction between 4-ethynylbenzoic acid and a chiral amino alcohol to synthesize an optically active phenylacetylene derivative with an active hydroxyl; and (2) further carrying out a derivatization reaction between the optically active phenylacetylene derivative with the active hydroxyl and isocyanate so as to synthesize an optically active phenylacetylene derivative with a carbamate group. The derivatization method provided by the invention has the characteristics of simple process operations, moderate reactions and less by-products. Besides, the phenylacetylene derivative obtained by the derivatization method provided by the invention has high stability and good optical activity, and has potential application value in the fields such as asymmetric synthetic catalyst, chiral resolution, chiral reagent, medicine, pesticide and the like. |
