abstract | The invention discloses a method for preparing a multi-point top type zinc oxide nanorod structure. The method comprises the following steps of: A, pretreating a zinc sheet; B, dropping an aqueous solution of a graphene quantum dot into a zinc-ammonia complex solution, and carrying out ultrasonic mixing and magnetic stirring on the mixture to obtain precursor liquid; C, putting the pretreated zinc sheet into the precursor liquid, and putting the precursor liquid into a high-pressure reaction kettle for reaction; and D, taking out a product obtained in the step C out, and cleaning and drying the product. According to the method, the multi-point top type zinc oxide nanorod structure is synthesized by inducing the graphene quantum dot; and an absorption spectrum is expanded from a pure ultraviolet absorption region to a visible light absorption region. The method disclosed by the invention is a hydrothermal synthesis method and is environmentally-friendly and pollution-free; equipment requirements are simple; and the method is suitable for industrial large-scale production. |
