titleOfInvention Double-tower integrated recovery device and method for micro-acetone-contained air
abstract The invention provides an improved double-tower integrated recovery device and method for micro-acetone-contained air. The device comprises a water absorption tower; absorbed water enters the tower from the upper part; to-be-treated gas containing micro acetone enters the tower from the lower part; tail gas is discharged from the top of the tower; diluted acetone water flows out of the tower from the bottom of the tower; the device also comprises a recovery tower; the recovery tower is arranged above a tail gas outlet of the water absorption tower and keeps gas phase communication and liquid phase separation with the water absorption tower; tail gas enters a cold energy recovery device from the bottom and is exhausted from the top; the absorbed water firstly enters the recovery tower from the upper part, is discharged from the lower part, and then enters the water absorption tower from the upper part after being cooled through a cooling device. The device has the advantages that tail gas cold energy can be effectively recovered and utilized, and the energy consumption of acetone during an absorption process is reduced.
