titleOfInvention | Anticoagulation fibroin membrane and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses an anticoagulation fibroin membrane. The anticoagulation fibroin membrane comprises silk fibroin, hirudin, and an adhesive. The preparation method of the anticoagulation fibroin membrane comprises the following steps of: (1) preparing a silk fibroin solution with the concentration of 4-20%; (2) adding the hirudin and the adhesive into the silk fibroin solution prepared in the step (1) and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixed solution; and (3) curing the mixed solution obtained in the step (2), soaking the cured product in deionized water, and at last taking the soaked product out and air-drying to obtain the anticoagulation fibroin membrane. Compared with the adhesive fibroin membrane without hirudin, the anticoagulation fibroin membrane comprising trace hirudin, disclosed by the invention, has the advantages that the anticoagulation performance is obviously improved, the hirudin and the silk fibroin can form a stable gel network through covalent bonding of amido bonds to exert a long-lasting anticoagulation effect. |
