abstract | The invention discloses cool tea concentrated liquid and an extraction method thereof, which belong to the technical field of plant ingredient extraction. The cool tea concentrated liquid prepared by the method has the advantages of high concentration of volatile flavor substances, no need of vacuum package, long quality guarantee period, convenience in storage and transportation and the like, and can be widely used in the fields of beverages, essences, baked foods, candies and the like due to the characteristic of high-temperature fragrance retention so as to expand the application field of a cool tea extract. |
