The method is environment-friendly and safe; and by utilizing the method, the harm of a large amount of organic solvents to the environment is reduced, the influences on natural enemies of pests are greatly reduced, the insecticidal effect is good, the acting period is long, and the pesticide effect can last for one year after the soluble liquid is applied once.
