titleOfInvention | Streptomycin high-yield strain and screening method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a streptomycin high-yield strain and simultaneously provides a screening and fermenting method of the strain. The streptomycin high-yield strain provided by the invention is named streptomyces griseus (Streptomycesgriseus) DC622, is preserved in the Common Microorganism Center of China Committee for Culture Collection of Microorganisms (CGMCC) on June 14, 2012 and has a preservation number of CGMCCNO.6219. The screening method disclosed by the invention mainly comprises the following steps of: (a) obtaining original strain spore liquid; (b) carrying out mutagenesis of spore suspension; (c) screening high-phosphorus strains; (d) screening the high-yield strain; and (e) storing the high-yield strain. The invention also discloses a screening method of the DC622 strain. The average fermentation titer of the DC622 strain screened by the method can be up to 14908 U/mL. |
