titleOfInvention | Recovery method of solvent acetone in production of amine salt environment-friendly agent |
abstract | The invention relates to a recovery method of a solvent acetone in production of an amine salt environment-friendly agent. The recovery method comprises the following steps of: (1) adding mother liquor of acetone to a reaction kettle to distil at normal pressure, and collecting a distillate generated at 56.5 to 70 DEG C to obtain colorless transparent acetone liquid; (2) adding an industrial product solid sodium hydroxide, adjusting pH (Potential Of Hydrogen) to 7, and standing for 8 to 16 hours; (3) adding a molecular sieve to supernatant liquid obtained in step (2) for dehydrating, and standing for 12 to 24 hours; and (4) distilling the dehydrated acetone at normal pressure, and collecting the distillate generated at 56.5 DEG C, which is the recovered acetone. The recovery method is simple in process, small in investment and low in cost; the recovery rate of the acetone is up to more than 65%; and the recovered acetone is stable and reliable in quality and can be repeatedly used in production. By adopting the method, the production cost is greatly reduced, the three wastes (waste gas, waste water and waste residues) generated in the production are also reduced, the pollution to atmosphere, soil, water and other environments is highly reduced, and great progress is brought to both environmental protection and economic benefit. |
