abstract |
The invention discloses a polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) film for a back board of a solar battery and a manufacturing method of the PVDF film. The PVDF film comprises three film layers, wherein the outer layer comprises the following compositions in percentage by weight: 90%-100% of PVDF resin and 0%-10% of titanium dioxide and/carbon black; the core layer comprises the following compositions in percentage by weight: 50%-99% of PVDF resin, 1%-30% of titanium dioxide and/carbon black and 0%-50% of dispersing agent; and the inner layer comprises the following compositions in percentage by weight: 90%-100% of PVDF resin and 0%-10% of titanium dioxide and/carbon black. The PVDF film disclosed by the invention not only has a better barrier property to water vapor, but also has a higher shielding action on ultraviolet rays, the manufacturing process disclosed by the invention is simpler, and the quality stability of the obtained film is high. |
