titleOfInvention 2-(4-methoxyphenoxy) propionic acid and application of metal salt thereof in preparation of medicament for lowering blood fat
abstract The invention discloses 2-(4-methoxyphenoxy) propionic acid and an application of a metal salt thereof in preparation of a medicament for lowering blood fat. The 2-(4-methoxyphenoxy) propionic acid and the metal salt thereof can reduce total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and increase high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), and the effect of the 2-(4-methoxyphenoxy) propionic acid and the metal salt thereof is equivalent to that of fenofibrate. The 2-(4-methoxyphenoxy) propionic acid and the metal salt thereof not only can be used as therapeutic agents for hyperlipemia, but also can be used as preventive healthcare agents for hyperlipemia.
