titleOfInvention Cod liver oil soft capsule and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a cod liver oil soft capsule and a preparation method thereof. The soft capsule is characterized in that every 1000 soft capsules comprise 450-540g of cod liver oil and 0.45-0.55g of natural vitamin E. As cod liver oil contains omega-3 fatty acid which is easy to oxidize and deteriorate, the soft capsule uses fat-soluble natural vitamin E as an antioxidant. In order to ensure that microbiological indicator meets the demand, weighing, capsule dissolving, proportioning, pelleting, sizing and drying are completed in a 100 thousand level clean area. Long-term stability tests show that the product is stable in period of validity within two years, the content of effective components, microbiological indicator and character and the like meet the regulation, and the shells of the soft capsules are not hardened and deteriorated. The safety experiment shows that the soft capsule has no remarkable toxic and side effects on mice for 30 days; the immunity enhancing function experiment shows that the soft capsule has the function of enhancing the immunity.
