titleOfInvention Aerobic thermophilic bacteria enrichment and culture device and its application method
abstract The invention discloses an aerobic thermophilic bacteria enrichment and culture device which comprises a ventilation time control part, a sterile air delivery part, a high-temperature constant part and a three-way culture bottle. An air inlet, an inoculation and sampling port and a volatile vapor reflux inlet of the three-way culture bottle are respectively provided with a porous rubber plug I, a porous rubber plug II and a porous rubber plug III. After penetrating through the porous rubber plug I, one end of a glass tube I extends into the bottom of the three-way culture bottle; and the other end of the glass tube I is connected with a filter through a breather pipe III. After penetrating through the porous rubber plug II, one end of a glass tube II extends into the bottom of the three-way culture bottle; and the other end of the glass tube II is connected with an inoculation port rubber tube. The filter is connected with the sterile air delivery part. A condenser tube is connected with a cavity inside the three-way culture bottle through the porous rubber plug III. The high-temperature constant part is arranged below the three-way culture bottle.
