abstract | The invention discloses a method for preparing a high-performance low-cobalt borate acylated cobalt adhesion promoter. The method comprises the following steps: preparing a cobalt solution and a sodium hydroxide solution; adding water into a reaction kettle, adding stronger ammonia water so that the pH value of the water reaches 9.5, adding an antioxidant, stirring, respectively and simultaneously adding the cobalt solution and the sodium hydroxide solution into the reaction kettle, and properly regulating the feeding flow velocity according to the change of pH value, so that the pH value is always between 9.2 and 9.5; pumping the reaction solution into a filter press for washing until the pH value of the washing solution reaches 7; dehydrating inorganic cobalt salt twice, carrying out double decomposition reaction between the inorganic cobalt salt and weak organic acid in butyl acetate, and then evaporating out all the butyl acetate; adding organoboron, and carrying out a borate acylation reaction; and adding hexamethylene-1,6-bithiodihydrate and a high-performance rubber dispersing agent, uniformly dispersing, and finally pelleting to obtain the high-performance low-cobalt borate acylated cobalt adhesion promoter. |
